And even beyond the song, when you hear “let it go” I am sure that it brings up ideas, thoughts, and beliefs that you already have set for yourself about letting stuff go.  Why?  Because we are always told to just let it go!  Stress, grudges, worry….all of it.  But it’s easier said than done.

Now, this summer series is all about bringing more Joy in your life and we can’t really get Joy if we are holding onto things that distract us from the joy God has for us in this life.  So today we are going to talk a little about why it’s important to let it go, but more importantly, three steps to actually let it go.
